CANCELLATIONS / REBOOKINGS

  • Ybonita Farm is under Airbnb, therefore, we will be following Airbnb’s policy on cancellations.
  • Rebooking or cancellations will not be possible unless it will fall under Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances. The guest will have to file a dispute for refunds.
  • Regarding refund, only Airbnb can decide if you can get a refund. The guest will have to contact Airbnb support and not thru our host.
  • Please understand that Airbnb has rules to protect the guests and the hosts. Therefore, it is best to communicate only on Airbnb for these kinds of concerns.

DINING HOURS

Our kitchen opens at 8:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm, any orders before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm will have to wait when the kitchen opens.

  • Breakfast starts at 8:00 am to 10:30 am
  • Lunch is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Afternoon snack is from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Dinner will be served from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • All orders not consumed later than 7:30 pm shall be packed in containers for later consumption

We will be asking our guests for dinnertime slot, it will be a first come, first serve basis. (6:30/7:00/7:30pm)

GENERAL

  • Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.
  • We close our gates from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • If you will need to go out early or late at night, please advise the owners.
  • We are a small bed and breakfast and we are not a resort.
  • Please do note that animal feeding will start from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Please do note that bonfire is from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
  • Please bring your own toiletries. Please bring your own beach towels, Ybonita Farm do not allow its towels to be brought outside the premises.
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the villa. If you find the need to smoke, you can smoke outside of the villa. We will charge Php 5,000 Ías penalty for smoking inside the villas.
  • Quiet after 9:00pm (or after hostess has retired for the evening), especially since it is a smaller house with wood floors, and sounds do carry. This includes TV, music, phone call volume, etc. You don’t have to turn it off, just keep the volume low.
  • Use coasters under drinks on all wood furniture. We will charge Php 200 per damage tables and wood furniture due to water/alcohol damage.
  • Please remove your shoes when you enter the house and place them on the shoe shelf conveniently located at the front door. Ybonita Farm and Villas will charge Php 500.00 for linen stains, broken linens and pillowcases.
  • Ybonita Farm and Villas will charge Php 500.00 for overnight guests who will need towels/linens/pillow cases/blankets to be changed.
  • Extra towel is Php 200, Extra Blanket is Php 200. In order to conserve energy, guests are encouraged to turn off the air conditioning units once the leave the premises. Please advise the homeowners 30 minutes before returning so we can turn on the A/C for you

PETS

Starting August 2021, Ybonita Farm will be changing its rule regarding pets. Management has decided that we will not be allowing pets due to the experiences we had through the years. We hope you respect our decision. Thank you.

ACCESS

Guests have access to anywhere in Ybonita Farm and Villas except the private villa of the owners. We don’t allow checked in guests to have visitors. This is to maintain privacy and security to all our guests.

FOOD

Guests are not allowed to eat inside the villa. This is to prevent the ants from coming inside the villa. Guests are not allowed to bring food in our farm. Snacks and drinks are allowed. Ybonita Farm Management will ask for a penalty fee if the said rules were to be violated.

WATER AND PLUMBING

Please conserve water. We’re having a severe drought. Turn off water when brushing teeth, shaving, or washing dishes. Open window when showering. Put the toilet lid down. Do not flush tissues, napkins and tampons in the toilet bowl. To avoid clogging of the toilet bowls. Please hang your wet towels. Do not leave damp towels on the furniture or the floor
